angle their way by oblivious inches
   
and without intention
   
spread plain truth
over the rush hour traffic of Ashland 
   
which isn’t always what it is today
   
like trust or people
who trade some of their pins
for needles of promise
   
hoping not to bleed as truth unfolds
   
but people do as angles change
